„Valve“ pasamdė keletą DigiPeno studentų

„Valve“ marketingo viceprezidentas Doug Lombardi oficialiai patvirtino, kad kompanija pasamdė septynis DigiPeno Technologijų Instituto studentus, sukūrusius novatorišką pirmojo asmens galvosūkių žaidimą „Tag: The Power of Paints“. Jis 2009 m. Nepriklausomų žaidimų festivalyje buvo pripažintas „Geriausiu studentų žaidimu“.

Jie samdo talentingus studentus su novatoriškomis idėjomis žaidimams Ai, dar tų idėjų tiesiog "ant popieriaus" jiems nepakanka. "Valve" nori matyti, kaip visa mechanika realiai veikia žaidime. Tie studentai ne šiaip sau studentai. Juk jų žaidimas laimėjo apdovanojimą, o tas tikrai atkreipė "Valve" dėmesį.
